Red Deer Global Academy is proud to present the 2026 MIT Summer Innovation Program, an elite two-week academic experience hosted on the MIT campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Designed for students aged 14–18, this immersive program integrates design thinking, science, technology, and creative problem-solving in a rigorous, studio-based environment.
This program is delivered by Red Deer Global Academy, in collaboration with our Boston-based academic partner, Mars Pathway, which provides on-site instructional resources and access to local innovation networks.

Ages: 14–18

Class Size: Small cohorts with a 1:10 instructor-to-student ratio

Teaching Model: Project-Based Learning (PBL) & studio workshops

Instructional Team: Educators, designers, and coaches from MIT, Harvard, RISD, and leading U.S. institutions
Students learn and collaborate with both U.S. domestic and international peers, gaining exposure to diverse perspectives while developing independence, leadership, and academic confidence.

Students may participate in cutting-edge studios such as:

Future Couture
Fashion technology, wearable electronics, 3D printing, laser cutting, and intelligent textiles

Creative Coding
Generative art and interactive design using p5.js and creative programming

Bot V Bot (Robotics Studio)
Design and build a combat robot using CAD, mechanical engineering, electronics, and 3D printing
Each studio emphasizes creativity, innovation, teamwork, and applied problem-solving.

The program includes curated academic and cultural experiences in the Boston area, such as:

Walking Boston’s historic Freedom Trail
These experiences broaden students’ global perspectives and deepen their understanding of innovation ecosystems.

Admission Requirements

Applicants must meet a minimum score of TOEFL 90, IELTS 6.5, or an equivalent qualification.
